Mystery Engine

I purchased this engine a few years ago.  The seller told me it was a Locomobile engine.  After doing some research, I have determined that it is not a Locomobile engine.  It has a 3" bore, 4" stroke, and an overall length of 28-1/2".  The serial number is 3319.  Can anyone make a positive identification?   jvsetecka@cox.net
